Great swim outfit for girl

Max Out makes terrific swim wear. Durable adorable and great sun protection--my kids have NEVER had a sun burn and we live in California. I have loved all the MaxOut products I've bought in the past but was not so sure about this pattern. I should not have worried it is really cute on and my daughter loves it. This suit does not cover as much as the sun suits but my daughter is able to use the potty by herself which is key. We have the matching hat which actually covers most of the rest of her anyway. She usually wears the swim shirt since that covers her shoulders and I would have just bought that but it was only offered with the tankini top too. Great suit.More detail ...

Good quality but cannot block sunlight from the front.

They work juuuuust great until there's a poop.

In an effort to create less trash I decided to buy reusable swim diapers. I used these most of the summer and loved them. I knew a poop in one of these would be bad but I had no idea. I avoided it at all costs by using a disposable swim diaper before my son "did his business" and these reusable ones after. Sadly this system failed me miserably and I was left with the MOST disgusting poop-mess known to all. And yes I've seen a lot of poop. You cannot detach the sides (as you can with a disposable swim diaper) therefore your only course of action is to pull it along with all of the poop down your child's legs. I went through my entire container of wipes along with my friend's trying to clean the poop off myself and my child. This diaper went promptly into the trash. I've switched back to disposable swim-diapers and I'm never going back (unless I find a reusable swim-diaper that detaches on both sides of the leg). BEWARE!More detail ...

Great concept but...

I bought this for my 6 month old it works great serves its purpose but the seat area does hurt baby and it uncomfortable as it rides between her legs and diaper. It is only about 2 inches wide and will ride up where it can. For her it was between her leg and diaper. I think the seat area should have been wider more broad.More detail ...
